Yahoo Personals, American Singles, True ComparisonKeynote, a leading authority in e-business performance management services, has compiled a new study on online dating satisfaction. They used user satisfaction ratings to compare online dating services and friend networking services to see which provided the best experiences for customers and prospective customers. Overall, they monitored over 2000 prospective customers and 1150 online dating customers to compare satisfaction ratings for the leading online dating services. They compared 10 services: Yahoo Personals, eHarmony, Match.com, AmericanSingles.com, Lavalife, True, Happy Marriage, LoveHappens, FriendFinder and Friendster. They looked at various factors like the appeal of the home page, the reviewing and editing of profiles, the ease and quality of performing a search and the dating guidance provided. The users provided feedback and Keynote recorded their behavior and responses to measure over 150 metrics across each online dating site. In the end they determined that Yahoo Personals, True and LoveHappens provide the best experience for prospects looking into dating services.
