What's Your Dateability FactorIf we are to believe the matchmaking studies recently done, it seems that the tall guy gets the girl. Not only that, but it is said that the taller the man, the bigger the paycheck. Ladies often prefer to date a taller man because he seems as if he can offer her more protection than one who is shorter. But from what do the ladies need protecting? Biology insists that we choose a mate that will give our children superior genes, so perhaps it isn't all that unnatural that a woman chooses a man because of his size. After all, a taller dating partner would appear to have superior genes when compared to one that is shorter in size. Most people would like to believe that they choose their special someone strictly by their personal taste and preferences, but how true is that really? We are hard wired to reproduce and if one takes a look at the animal kingdom, the proof is in the pudding when you look at the male of the species as opposed to the female. The male has to prove his worth by his superior plumage, his astounding song or his strong fighting abilities. Though we think we are in control, how much of what we do and say is connected to evolutionary pinning? Then there are those single women that don't give a hoot about an individual's size. They care only about what is inside and how they are treated. It is certainly just a matter of dating preference and no reflection upon the man's size and his ability to provide for his mate. Just like some men prefer women with some meat on their bones, there will always be those ladies that prefer the tall, dark and handsome mystique. Just remember, you can't fight biology and without you even knowing it, it is often at work when you are looking for a choice in a date.
