The Dilemma of Falling In LoveBeing lovesick isn't like having the flu or getting a bad cold. It's worse! Your hands tremble, your tongue may become tied and your palms may sweat. You feel faint and your stomach hurts, or at least if you are a man in Britain. Researchers picked on European men to see how quickly they fell in love and how sick they became after. The results? Single men in Britain actually have the worst symptoms of lovesickness. They get cramps, headaches, heart palpitations and other physical ailments. Many fall in love on the first date and have resulting ills shortly thereafter resulting in lost work. Are these made up? Who knows, even after the researchers made their claims, the results make the British men seem emotionally impulsive. Not nearly as many women experience these lovesick symptoms. But then again, nor do they fall in love as easily. Over 70% take until at least date five before they decide to profess their love. Maybe that is why the men are so sick – they are waiting for the women. In reality, biology probably plays a role in how quickly we fall in love and get sick. French men and women fall in love and get sick less, but when they do, they talk about it endlessly. They often bore family members and friends by blubbering on about their new love until everyone else is carrying the lovesick virus – sick of hearing about the new love! Is there a way to prevent the spread of lovesickness? Not really, unless we want the world to come to a halt with a cease in dating, marriage and reproduction. If you want to catch lovesickness, make sure you are in a good place – emotionally, spiritually and physically. Keep yourself happy and surrounded by many friends. Join the online dating scene if you want to catch the sickness even faster. Posted by eDatingCentral.com Dec 6, 2006 6:37 pm Related Online Dating News Articles:
