Dating for Women in Their 30'sFor many single women, especially those in their 30's, the mere thought of looking for Mr. Right can be very daunting. However, these ladies feel enormous pressure from peers and relatives: pressure to continue the search that is. Being a divorced single parent or a successful member of society often results in dirty looks for single women in their 30's. Important people in the lives of these still unattached act as if something is wrong with them, simply because they're not married. Thus, eligible women in their 30's aren't looking for casual encounters. These women are pressured to constantly scan for potential mates, believing that being single is just not going to cut the mustard. Adding to this struggle, success, religion, and children seem like obstacles to mature women entering the singles scene because men don't have to contend with these issues when dating a younger model.
Success might scare off some men, thinking a casual encounter isn't possible. But if we're talking about women in their 30's, shouldn't success be desirable? Which man's list of desirable qualities in a bachelorette would include having no job, no money, and no education? Yet, this still remains a fear for some women.
Religion is often a tough obstacle in many of today's scenes. But religions aren't supposed be pushed on to others. So why are men of one religion shying away from women of another? Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, and most other religions all believe that there is one God. These religions might practice differently but the end result is the same. They all wish to have well mannered, healthy families.
If being single isn't tough enough, single women with children are always frowned upon by contemporaries and possibly men. Their children might be looked upon as baggage or anchors that tie adults down before enjoyment can begin. Furthermore, many males believe that these women are strictly looking for husbands. In truth, many of them are just looking for companionship. Sure, most mature women would want the type of companionship that lasts for more than one night, but all relationships don't have to end in marriage in order to be fun or worthwhile.
